ORI Mould is a famous brand in the China glass mould industry. We have many cast iron moulds to meet the different requirements of various glass container factories.
    We have three types of cast iron to meet the different demands of glass container factories:

1. NDT-1 material, the mould service life is about 300 thousand to 450 thousand times.
2. NDT-2 material, the mould service life is about 450 thousand to 600 thousand times.
3. KDT-3 material, particle graphite ferrite-based mould of cast iron alloy. The service life is over three times the life of NDT-1 material, with good resistance to oxidation, deformation and wearability, easy to repair and clean, high cavity smoothness. The bottles made from the moulds are with smooth appearance, the performance of which has reached the international advanced level.

    Science and technology is the first productive force. We have set up the R&D Center and Experimental Base with Beijing Science and Technology University, the leading institute in material research. Today the moulds made of the newly developed material KDT have reached the international level; We have acquired the patent from the State Patent Bureau.
    Design Resources: Our mould designing is reviewed by our experts and every project is finalized through the discussion of our experts. There are 15 designers in the design department, including 2 chief engineers, 9 designers, and 4 draftsmen.
